Gallery 3: The Yankee RoseThis was a spiraling project that grew from the idea of a hovering forklift. I modeled the forklift first, then decided it needed an environment, so I modeled a loading bay, which led to more detail and accessories, and eventually a spaceship. I ended up trashing the rough model of the ship, since it was so obviously derived from the ship "Serenity". The funniest/saddest part is, I ended up giving the forklift wheels. >< What you see here is as far as this project ever got. |
